[摘　要]目的：总结自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术经验。方法：选取在我院自体脂肪移植丰胸的24例为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：24例研究对象均顺利完成手术，术后3～90天进行跟踪随访记录，切口一期逐渐愈合，抽脂皮肤淤血、不平，乳房硬结等现象逐渐消失，最终恢复正常，外形良好。结论：自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术时间短、损伤小、并发症少，丰胸效果佳，值得推荐。

Abstract：Objective：Tosummarizetheoperationexperienceofautologousfattransplantationforbreastaugmentationsurgery.Method：24casesofbreastaugmentationwithautologousfattransplantationpatientsinthehospitalinrecentyearswereselectedasthestudyobjects，andtheirclinicalmaterialswererespectivelyanalyzed.

Results：Allthe24casesweresuccessfullyoperated，after3daysto3monthsfollow-uptrackrecord，healingincisionsweregraduallycured，congestionandunevenproblemofliposuctionskin，andbreastindurationphenomenonweredisappeared.

Theyeventuallyreturnedtonormalingoodshape.Conclusion：Theautologousfattransplantationforbreastaugmentationsurgeryhasshorttime，withlessdamageandfewer
